There is only one way we will transform District 2 - and that is together.

I’ve committed my life to public service and being an advocate on challenging issues. I’m a United States Army Veteran, a 32-year member of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and most importantly a parent.

It was an honor serving the residents of Santa Ana, the largest city of the 2nd District as their Councilmember and Mayor Pro Tem for four years. With this gained experience and knowledge, I’m ready to serve as your 2nd District Supervisor. 

During my tenure, I delivered additional public safety dollars for community policing, infrastructure repairs, established a Family Justice Center for victims of domestic violence, child and elder abuse. 

I worked on Homeless Shelters and affordable workforce housing for veterans and families and established a small business task force to assist local businesses affected by Covid-19. 

As a son of an immigrant family, I understand the importance of a secure job, having opportunities for our children to succeed in a safe environment, having shelter and access to health care.  

It’s time we make bold moves to improve our quality of life. We can do this together.
